The idea for OFFWIRE University has been our vision for over 10 years. It was developed in response to the growing need expressed by our clients for comprehensive, sustainable, and scalable training solutions.
The program consists of three course types including Advanced Sales Training, Consultative Selling, and Jump Start Online Certification courses.
MISSION: Our goal at OFFWIRE is to help every Wireless Retail Sales Representative become a Trusted Advisor, bridge the gap between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through maximizing every customer touch, and create a buying environment that yields three accessories and $45 in profit for every phone out the door.
JUMP START ONLINE CERTIFICATION
Consists of over 20 online courses designed to teach you the basic skills needed to understand the cellular industry, provide you with up-to-date information on new products and trends, and help increase sales.
ADVANCED SALES TRAINING
Designed to help wireless retail representatives, store managers, and district managers become Trusted Advisors in the wireless sales industry. This two-day course is offered at the OFFWIRE campus in Omaha or on location.

CONSULTATIVE SELLING SALES TRAINING
Offers some of the core aspects of Advanced Sales Training but in a more condensed time frame. This three-hour course is designed to deliver the key elements to becoming a Trusted Advisor. This course is on location only.
