As a member of the OFFWIRE ProStaff team, you will receive new products periodically. We ask that you use the item, play with it, see how it fits into your life and the life of your clients’, and provide us with your thoughts and feedback. The items that we send out for testing are:
- New items from a current product vendor
- New items from a new product vendor
- Current items that are unfamiliar and we need feedback from experience
Your input and insight will help OFFWIRE determine if new items are liked and are worth becoming an available accessory in OFFWIRE’s inventory, as well as providing feedback on both current and new items that have been tested.
Your feedback can be submitted online quickly and easily. After using the item, you will be sent two email surveys asking for your input and insight. The surveys will be emailed approximately 7 days and 30 days after you receive the product. The questions will be asked in the following format.
- How is the sound quality? Fit? Durability?
- Is the appearance attractive?
- What price point would you suggest?
- How many do you think you will sell each week or each month?
- Will one product now become obsolete if this new product is released?
This is only a sample of the questions that will be asked. Each survey is designed to require less than 10 minutes and we ask that it is submitted within 48 hours of receipt in order to remain active in the program.
