OFFWIRE's Hiring Process
We have many applications submitted to OFFWIRE. To ensure that we pick the right person for the job, we follow a 9-step process.
- Applicants check for current available positions on our website or careerlink.org
- Submit your resume with a cover letter and your salary history with references
- 5 minute phone screen interview with an OFFWIRE team member
- Online assessments
- Interview 1: either in-depth telephone or in person
- Interview 2: face-to-face interview with hiring manager
- Interview 3: interview with upper management/president
- Employment offer, subject to reference checking and various background checks using our employment verification agency
