OFFWIRE's Hiring Process

We have many applications submitted to OFFWIRE. To ensure that we pick the right person for the job, we follow a 9-step process.

  • Applicants check for current available positions on our website or careerlink.org
  • Submit your resume with a cover letter and your salary history with references
  • 5 minute phone screen interview with an OFFWIRE team member
  • Online assessments
  • Interview 1: either in-depth telephone or in person
  • Interview 2: face-to-face interview with hiring manager
  • Interview 3: interview with upper management/president
  • Employment offer, subject to reference checking and various background checks using our employment verification agency
