Why did you choose to work for OFFWIRE?

I saw the opportunity to make a difference. OFFWIRE was in need of structure and guidance on the accounting and operations side of the business and I knew I could help.

What are the top three factors that have enabled your success in your current position?

1. John (President) - Let me have the responsibility to make decisions that affect the business.
2. Having the ability to hire "A" players in roles where needed.
3. Allowing my team to make decisions that make the business better.

What do you like about your job?

I am not micro-managed. I am asked to perform duties produce results and left to make it happen.

What would you tell a prospective new hire?

Best place I have ever worked! Bring your "A" game and eat your Wheaties, we operate at a very fast pace.

Why did you choose to work for OFFWIRE?

Since I already had 2 years experience in the cell phone industry I figured this would be a great opportunity to stay in the industry and trying inside sales instead of retail sales

What do you like about your job?

It allows me to talk to several different people throughout the day and there are always different job duties to keep me busy. This way I don’t feel like I’m doing the same thing over and over again. The open and honest direct communication is also great.

What would you tell a prospective new hire?

It’s like your second family. It’s a friendly environment that allows you to be yourself and express new ideas that could help the company grow in many areas.

Why did you choose to work for OFFWIRE?

During the interview process I was made to feel very comfortable and felt a very genuine concern for the employees. I was able to witness how a conflict between two employees was handled without placing blame. The focus was on fixing the problem not on placing blame on the employees. I was impressed with the business plan of the company and their ability to stay in business when so many were failing. I also was very impressed with the fact that everyone’s focus was on improving for the future and continuous growth.

What do you like about your job?

I like the fact that I can make a difference on a daily basis. We are a small enough company that we are able to make changes without a lot of politics.

I tell them that this is the first company I have worked for where I actually look forward to going to work on a daily basis.

When I started there seemed to be a lot of growth potential. It seemed to be a very enjoyable place to work. I have now been here 6 and ½ years and still enjoy it as much as day 1.

Everything, I enjoy getting up in the morning and coming to work. I love my job!!

I would say opportunities like this do not come along often and the potential to be with a growing company that offers what we offer would be tough to find.
